With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

You may cancel your order any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received your goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item arrives safely at Unique Retail Ltd. Unique Retail Ltd can not accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

If you return goods claiming they were defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable time.
