On delivery, our couriers require to obtain a signature from you. Goods cannot be delivered without a signature.

Returns of Goods Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels and in its original undamaged packaging within 7 days.

To return any goods, please complete this returns note and enclose in the parcel. This will enable us to identify your goods on receipt and process your return immediately.

After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on days of receipt. Please return the package, together with the completed returns form. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please allow us up to 14 days from the reciept of your return for a refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Numbereightclothing.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

If you find a fault with the product, within a reasonable time after delivery, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price of the goods at your option. If you request refund, we will also refund the delivery charge.

All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned. Please mark clearly on the outer package "UK Returned Goods". Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed.

We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.
